Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product and fulfillment partner. If you have a specific international shipping inquiry, please contact us at hello@morninggracecollective.com and we'll do our best to help.
How long does processing take?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the request. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Can I customize or personalize a product?
Yes! Personalization is one of our specialties. Many of our products can be customized with names, dates, quotes, or special messages. Look for personalization options on individual product pages, or contact us at hello@morninggracecollective.com to discuss a custom order.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your personalized order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if your order arrived in less than perfect condition! Please contact us at hello@morninggracecollective.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have trouble locating your tracking information, please reach out to us and we'll look it up for you.
